It has been one busy day. I feel like I was going nonstop and not truly valuing my day. It felt so rushed and I just needed to stop everything that I was doing and go visit you, Kaitlin. I needed to just be.

In a dress and heels, I sat in the wet grass right next to you and began talking with you. Some people may think that’s weird, but I don’t. Just because you aren’t physically here, doesn’t mean you don’t matter nor with me.

I loved updating you on life and giving you the inside scoop on certain things. I smiled, I cried, I laughed.
